Business Development Group was founded in 2011 (previously known as Business Development Insitute) by two experienced consultants whose background includes experience in management consulting, entrepreneurship, HR and banking processes in Kosovo and the region. Business Development Group has a branch named HR Consulting in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Business Development Group has extensive experience and is specialized in entrepreneurship, access to finance, and private sector growth. In order to achieve private sector growth, it applies key measurements of the 360 Entrepreneurship model. The key pillars consist of measurements of revenue of customers, management efficiency, innovation, financial evaluation, and business valuation methods. We have applied the respective model across a vast number of projects in Entrepreneurship, in Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Until now, we have trained and mentored more than two thousand youngster and existing young entrepreneurs in the wide field of entrepreneurship.

Business Development Group has organized an Assessment Center for evaluating 17 competencies of an organization’s personnel. There have been five instruments implemented during the process: EPQ, BFQ, Career Anchor, Verbal and Numerical Reasoning Test. The process of the Assessment Center consisted of administering measurement tools, interpreting measurement tools and providing feedback to participants for their performance during the Assessment Center. The project also included the compilation of individual development plans for all participants.
